Eating healthy and excercising is bad for your health! No really it is... it must be, why else would I fall off the wagon so much? Ugh. Well here we are again... seems like I spend most my time starting over than I do sticking with it. It's a mindset, it really is - so does that make me a weak person since I fail so many times trying to lose weight? Or do i just let me heart rule my head more than I should? I can't help it, I LOVE to eat... food is my crack. Only difference is, you need food to survive - crack, not so much.
Here we go again, weighing in tomorrow and riding to Dukan wave through Labor Day. That's my new tactic... 26 days of dieting, 4 days of just living and not over concentrating it.
