Eatin' Mah Cake Yo!
Today I indulged.
It’s the last day for a fellow employee - she’s moving on to a new chapter in her life and we had cake to wish her well. No I didn’t fall off the wagon, no I didn’t fail on only day 3 – I indulged and I liked it! I’m not usually a cake person but having been deprived of the sweets for 3 days I figured this would be a good way to feed the craving and end the torture – not to mention taming the beast that was brewing inside me from said deprivation. So there. I had my cake & ate it too! Not to worry nay-sayers… I took the smallest piece on the table!
